Effective Screening
In order to deliver 3-5 top finalists, we will:
- Manage the inflow of all inquiries, applications, and correspondence, and communicate with candidates as needed;
- Review resumes against pre-determined criteria;
- Thoroughly phone interview all of the most promising candidates;
- Support your organization through final interviews, reference checking, negotiation, and hiring.
