Taking only one to two hours of your time, we will:

- Create job descriptions or edit existing job descriptions to ensure that search advertisements succeed in attracting desired candidates;
- Create position-specific recruitment plans to reach targeted candidates;
- Develop standardized screening criteria and interview questions to ensure an effective, equitable and compliant process.
Comprehensive Recruiting
To recruit targeted and available candidates for each position, we will:
- Search and network with Commongood Careers’ robust database of qualified and active jobseekers;
- Advertise positions through a wide array of online and print resources;
- Distribute job descriptions to a broad network of free recruitment channels;
- Help you tap into your organization’s own networks;
- Recruit candidates through job fairs, graduate schools, and professional associations.
Effective Screening
In order to deliver 3-5 top finalists, we will:
- Manage the inflow of all inquiries, applications, and correspondence, and communicate with candidates as needed;
- Review resumes against pre-determined criteria;
- Thoroughly phone interview all of the most promising candidates;
- Support your organization through final interviews, reference checking, negotiation, and hiring.
